Spike's Bitches 40: Buckle Up, Kids! Daddy's Puttin' the Hammer Down.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

brillig

Would any gamer geeks be interested in old, obscure games Hubby and I acquired during his stint as game store manager? I don't have a list of games, but the one that comes to mind is a game from Australia named Rubout, based in '30s Chicago. (it was such a weird concept we had to grab it)

No, I don't think I will - me, quoting Captain Steve Rogers, to all of 2020

Well, Rubout in particular doesn't really appeal to me, but if you maybe come up with a list...

Our wings are not tired

I've not heard of Kloogeworks, I shall have to look into it.

I also have no idea what you mean by Sluggy.

What is Matt planning to do for you tonight to celebrate your bethness?

Usually on Friday's Matt has been playing Jazz at Federico's, but toniht - we are eating together.

The food is amazing, and I tend to overeat. and they are way to generous with the wine.

In vaguely gaming news, Bryon our cat decided that my collection of Guitar Hero guitars needed the addition of cat pee at some point. I'm going to need to disassemble them at some point and see if I can get the smell out, if not I have a bunch of new guitars to buy.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

I also have no idea what you mean by Sluggy.

Dude!

I haven't read it in years, but it is of the good.

All is well that ends in pizza.

And now I"m supposed to go the FedEx facility between 5:30PM (when the lady said the driver will likely be back) and 7pm (when the close) (note that this is halfway across town and during rush hour) or they will send it back> GAAAAAAAH

Call Fedex and ask to speak to a supervisor, or better yet, have them contact the local supervisor for your area and hold the package, or give you a call.

I once had a supervisor at a local Fedex drop a package off to a destination when he got off work, rather than have to send a box back.

The UPS drivers around here, on the other hand, will rip off the "signature required" sticker and drop a package on my front doorstep, ring the bell once and be driving away before I get to the door. Our house is 15 feet off of Downtown.
