Spike's Bitches 40: Buckle Up, Kids! Daddy's Puttin' the Hammer Down.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
But what if they are VERY MEAN AND SCARY demons? What if they threaten his life? Or yours?
Mind you, the kind of demons that go to the trouble of recycling scrap metal probably eat only organic food and are careful about not using plastic bags and things. They probably are not so much with the Hellmouth-opening.
Cyster ~ma to you, Erin.
vw, good luck with a trip to the Mass Health offices. (has image in head of vw taking Cyster with her to the Mass Health offices, and Cyster growling at asshats)
GC, I'm glad you see you and your professor understand each other!
This is going to be one of those Fridays where the work day actually last 80 hours instead of 8, isn't it? The weather is beautiful and the students have abandoned the place because of yesterday's Pope Day holiday.
God, I love Erin. LOVE HER. Also, good luck!
And... no wait, I'm not sure I have anything else to say. Except! Did I mention that I have curry coconut ice cream?
Sox, iffn you change your mind about today call the office and not my cell for I accidentally left it at home. oops!
d - give me a call ... we're having chicken dinner tonight if you want some? It wouldn't hurt me to see another person over the age of 3.
Laughing now from the Tim Conway elephant story.
Sox, hope the little one is less sick and cranky now; it's supposed to be very warm so at least you can get out.
Erin, best wishes for a successful surgery; if you could postpone it, that might alleviate some of the financial hit ... although I know doctors can be very, um, set in their scheduling ways.
And you know what? if you did take Cyster/Little Orphan Annie and put it in a jar with eyes and a wig ... it'd be almost as creepy as that THING Nicole has from JZ.
I once heard about some Swedes who learned English from a woman from Yorkshire ... ended up with the wildest accent
Similarly, the strangest I've ever heard was a Frenchwoman who learned all of her English in Glasgow.
I know a heavily accented Welshman who ended up ordering a pizza in Paris--in Spanish.
Also, "Cyster" made me laugh and laugh and laugh!
Me, too.
Erin, eek! (You didn't eat your twin, did you?) I hope it all goes well.
Jars, I was under the impression that renewals were faster IF your current passport hasn't expired. If it's expired, it might take longer. The good news is that the government pushed back requirements for passports for USians going to Canada and Mexico in order to relief some of the backlog of passport applications that had screwed over so many people last summer.
We have two rabbits living in our backyard that Owen have named Fern and Thomas. And a chipmunk in our woodpile that he calls Paprika.
Glamcoookie, that was an awesome note from your prof. Go you!
vw, good luck with a trip to the Mass Health offices. (has image in head of vw taking Cyster with her to the Mass Health offices, and Cyster growling at asshats)
Thanks. And I think I will. That would be great fun!
And you know what? if you did take Cyster/Little Orphan Annie and put it in a jar with eyes and a wig ... it'd be almost as creepy as that THING Nicole has from JZ.
At first I was going to say NO WAY, and I've seen Belinda (THE THING) in person. But...really....I'd be curious to check out Cyster in an odd "wow, a body can make that" sense, whereas I never wanted to see Belinda. EVER. And now I'm moving closer to her.
You didn't eat your twin, did you?
That was totally my first thought, too! And I thought it was cool... but then I thought it might be a little creepy and sad, too, so I'm glad it's not the case.
