Non-Fiction TV: I Reject Your Reality and Substitute My Own
This thread is for non-fiction TV, including but not limited to reality television (So You Think You Can Dance, Top Chef: Masters, Project Runway), documentaries (The History Channel, The Discovery Channel), and sundry (Expedition Africa, Mythbusters), et al. [NAFDA]
Yeah, the camerawork has gotten so whack over the seasons and it really showed in that number.
I really wish they had DVDs of previous seasons.
I am gonna watch Step Up tonight.
I just managed to finally sit down and watch Thursday's show. SO sad Jeanette is gone, sniff. And can't believe Brandon was in the bottom and not EVAN. Eek.
I wondered about the camera work on RamaLama because I was thinking "is it that I've seen it a million times, or is there something else affecting my enjoyment here? Maybe the lighting and camera??"
I totally wish there were more old routines in the 100th ep show, I was suprised there weren't. Sad.
So what do we think are the odds on Nigel mentioning the wedding dance video this week?
I was wondering what the odds were that he would mention Merce Cunningham's death.
Maybe we'll get a combo joy-of-dance-life-goes-on sppech.
Man. I hope the wedding dance video goes unmentioned.
Tony Bourdain is going to be in Baltimore in tonight's No Reservations.
