Non-Fiction TV: I Reject Your Reality and Substitute My Own
This thread is for non-fiction TV, including but not limited to reality television (So You Think You Can Dance, Top Chef: Masters, Project Runway), documentaries (The History Channel, The Discovery Channel), and sundry (Expedition Africa, Mythbusters), et al. [NAFDA]
That is not so big!
I didn't get the hype about the cha-cha, but have generally been agreeing with the jidges.
And who doesn't like a hot-bodied dark-skinned guy in an open white shirt?
Wow everyone is soo good this year. And the routines are awesome too. It's hard to think who will be in the bottom.. that's always the hard part.
Oh, I did have another thing: I thought Asuka was magnetic, couldn't keep my eyes off of her, so was bummed out at the lukewarm response to the number.
Also, why does Japanese translation/transliteration or whatever give us extra syllables in English all the time?
This seeems to be pretty much the most talented group of dancers I've seen so far. The only set that I felt lagged the pack were Asuka and Vitolio and I blame that as much on the choreography as the dancers.
I liked Asuka as well I didn't get the complaints.
I think the weakest were Paris and Tony and they weren't even that weak.
I just thought that Asuka number was choreographed too ... slow for that music? Like, it should have been even brighter, even more steps or something.
t /dance clueless
I want to vote for all of them!
I missed half of them, but everything I saw was pretty good. Max and Kayle were WOW! I think Asuka and Vitorio's routine was damned by Tyce and the goddamned camera which was all over the place. In the recap, I am kinda mystified by the whiteface space makeup dance. That had to be Sonyah, right?
At this stage, don't we do bottom three and then the judges vote?
Top Chef Masters! I'm so excited!
