Is anyone else watching Expedition Africa on the History Channel? I only found out about it this morning because my department has footage in the promos (one of the explorers has done a lot of work for Auntie Beeb and recommended us) and it is AWESOME. Like Survivor but with Actual History! The explorers are all so delightfully geeky about what they're doing (retracing Stanley's steps to find Livingstone), it's a pleasure to watch.
It's 2 eps in and I've only seen the first 15 minutes, but I'm totally hooked.
I'm watching it!
I'm really enjoying it too.
BTW, tivo has been picking up a true crime show from Animal Planet in which crimes that have been solved via involvement of animals are featured. So far this means animal hair is found leading to the identification of the culprit.
Murder in the Rue Morgue?
It's called Animal Witness.

Just posting here my anticipation for the first round of actual performances for SYTYCD!! Now that I'm hooked on this show, I cannot wait for tonight.
Me, too! I liked the audition shows a lot, but I've never watched the actual performance/competition shows before.
ha! Just found out friends who have a burlesque act are going to be on America's Got Talent in a couple of weeks!
