Antm - it's a pretty boring season. I'm not interested in catfights, but I don't feel like we've gotten much aboit the girls themselves. Probably Celia has been developed the most as far as a personality we see. I feel like the stuff on panel is random this year and that the pictures on the whole are BORING, even to the point that the most boring ones are selected for panel. I also feel like tyra keeps trying to make it more about her and her saving the world or some big statement and not the girls. It can't really be this boring and devoid of info on the girls, they have to be editting it this way.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

ANTM is incredibly boring this year. And I finally realized why Tyra keeps voice-over-ing about "the guide to being fierce" or whatever -- it's her/the show's book that just came out.

Because books.

I just keep Celia as Martha Plimpton. And I think Aminat looked better with her natural hair rather than the long hair.

Make Me a Supermodel is much more fun for me.

Yeah, this season is seriously boring on ANTM. Last season was ALSO boring. I had noticed they were lacking in flavor, but had forgotten how horrible they were in comparison until I started mainlining past seasons on Oxygen and was all "OMG, I loved this season! OMG, I loved that contestant!" etc etc to even people that I had been only blah about at the time...

Her "natural" hair was a weave too, right?

Yes it was.

TAR notes:

I loved the evil faces on the cute massage girls.

I feel like seeing Kisha smiling while trying to comfort/encourage Jen when she was crying at the pool gives a little more oomph to what they were saying last time about how they weren't laughing at Luke. Although, they should have taken lessons, like Tammy did.

I did not know that!

TAR: That is *not* the foot massage I'm looking for. Yikes.

Yeah, they were pretty classy this go 'round.

I really want Tammy and Victor to win this, which isn't where I thought I'd end up, but K and J are definitely in a strong second.

But T&V with the diving board thing - what the hell? They weren't even looking at each other on the boards - did they think they were going to hit the pool simultaneously by sheer chance? I just could not get what they were thinking there. That should not have been that hard.

Victor can wear the hell out of a swimsuit, though.

I loved the ending - eat it cheerleaders.

Were they even counting out loud for the synchro diving? Even Olympians count out loud!
