Well some friends of Buffy played a funny joke and they took her stuff and now she wants us to help get it back from her friends who sleep all day and have no tans.

Any Chicagoans looking to audition for TAR, Phil and the casting crew are going to be in Joliet on Friday!

Some damn fine performances on AI, tonight. I'm digging on Kris, Danny and Adam so bad.

TAR: The fighting was intense. The look on Phil's face was priceless. I thought he'd step in and mediate in some way, actually.

Survivor: I'm bummed about Brendan! I was rooting for him anyway (or JT whom I, yes, love) plus I had B in the office pool. Darn. Should've played the idol, dude.

I loathe Tyson; he's a world class weasel. At least Coach is entertaining. Plus, you know, he'd fit right in around Nor Cal. He seems almost normal to me.

Because books.

Kris was awesome! That was a cool arrangement.

Lil was a mess. It's so disappointing. And *what* was Allison wearing? It's like she's shopping the Hot Topic in HELL.

Hee, oh yeah, Allison's clothes are just so...so...um. I do like her singing, but I'm afraid the guys are enough ahead of her that while she may be in the top 4, she won't take it. Lil was a hot mess and it wouldn't suprise me if she goes this week. Which is sad, because I think she's a good singer, she just doesn't really have a clue how to package herself or take advice. She just wasn't ready for AI, yet.

So true. She's got a fantastic voice, but it doesn't seem to work for her unless she can really belt something.

Wow, Donna Summer, heavily represented tonight. Which I love. Now I wish I had my Donna Summer on CD rather than (gasp!) vinyl.

Anoop would look so much better if he did a Sayid (Lost) thing, you know? Longer hair, ripped jeans, a little scruff (not the measly mustache). But he still performs like a wedding singer for me.

I'm going to say the top three will be: Adam, Danny, and Kris.

Has any season every been so heavily weighted with guys?

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Who else was in it the Ruben/Clay year? I think the third was a woman but they all kind of run together for me.

I can see Allison in the top 3. I actually have been trending downward on Danny - he's sort of one-note to me. (He was originally my favorite.)

Have y'all noticed Adam almost always gives kudos to the musicians or arrangers? It's both professional, and I think, honestly humble.

Two go home tomorrow - I think Lil is a given and then it's a tossup between Matt and Anoop. I personally hope it's Anoop. I am tired of the college a capella flashbacks he makes me have.
