I'm not sure about that - given the choice, I'd rather eat an overcooked piece of salmon than an undercooked egg.

You would have thought he'd have learned his lesson after getting beat by whashername in the "All Stars" episode. I guess he probably chalked it up to the audience.

I'll also add, that I wanted Leah to go as well. I was just surprised that Stefan was so close to going as well. And feeling a twinge of scheudenfraude. That said, I definitely want Hosea gone next. A Carla, Fabio and Stefan final three would be pretty awesome.

I think what saved him was that the flavors of the dish were good, right? (When they were actually eating it was cut off in my recording.) That's what saved Leah last week and sent Jaimie home.

I did actually think that Stefan might be eliminated this week and I thought that it might be the right thing to do - as much as I wanted either Leah or Hosea to go. (Seriously, Leah should have been gone ages ago.)

I'm also annoyed that his "gotta beat the Euros" has devolved to "gotta beat Stefan". Not that the "beat the Euros" wasn't annoying as well; it's the fact he doesn't see Fabio as competition anymore that's really galling. Also, WRONG LIKE WRONG THING THAT IS WRONG! as last night proved.

That's basically what Tom said during judging - that if he hadn't overcooked the fish it would have been really good.
