But he brings plenty of other annoying stuff to the table so it only goes so far.
I haven't liked him since the canned crab incident.

My issue with Hosea is that he continually reveals himself to be a gigantic douchenozzle. I could go into details, but that's the basic gist.
I was seriously rooting for Jamie. She seemed low drama and high talent, and just loved cooking well. Carla is a freak of nature, but talented, and she's slowly won me over. I like Stefan, though I doubt I'd like him in person. Fabio is okay, but with a little too much smarm. I'm over Leah and Hosea.
I think the relationship has been affecting Hosea's cooking. The issue with his dish last night was that he wasn't paying enough attention to the food, which to me is a focus issue. I want Leah off my screen because she annoys me, she's been a quitter the whole season and this is the first time she's been called on it, and I'd rather see if Hosea has anything he can do.
Shocked, shocked at Jamie's ouster instead of Leah. Definitely the editing told a different story than Tom is now. I think she was by far the superior chef and I cannot believe I have to put up with Leah for one more week.
Stefan is almost certainly going to win, and I do think he's an ass. But I think he's the best chef up there. Of course I'd be happy if Carla pulled it out, like you guys, she's really grown on me. But even though she seems to be peaking at the right time, she's still got serious nerves working and I'm afraid she'll be a Casey at the final table.
Worried about Fabio from the previews! Ack! Ack!
I do like the cooperation without drama between the chefs. But that's one of the other things that makes it clear to me that Leah needs to go; she's always needing help. She has no business in that kitchen.
this is the first time she's been called on it,
This is the first time that the judges have seen it. Usually, we see it in the confessions sessions "It wasn't working, so I was just over it", and then she sends out substandard food. In the quickfire, she gave up, like we've seen before, but the judges hadn't.

That's a really good point. She usually puts on a good face for the judges.
Stefan has been growing on me, and his encouraging everyone to help Carla plate was really nice.
He really does seem like a chef -- he wants to make sure good food goes out, and "knows" he's always right in the kitchen. I bet he would be a pain the ass to have working for you, but not bad to work for.

This just reminds me again how much I wanted to punch her right in the sad-face she was giving Ripert during the QF.
I would hate working for Stefan but would love to have him work for me. Until his staff revolted and quit.
I get the feeling that in Stefan's kitchen it's probably understood that you do things Stefan's way, but I actually don't see him as a yeller or a ranter. I could be forgetting stuff, though.
