Man, why didn't Radhika make Carla do FoH?

She is no Fabio but she has a very warm personality and I think would have been much better at it. Meanwhile, Radhika could have cooked which would have been a better thing for her and she wouldn't have lost either of the other strong chefs to FoH.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

I just couldn't believe you would have Carla doing frozen stuff when Jeff is right there.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

I just couldn't believe you would have Carla doing frozen stuff when Jeff is right there.

I know! Every time Jeff suggests sorbet, the other cheftestents are dubious, and it winds up being the judges' favorite dish. Though with the broken freezer, it was probably just as well.

I couldn't believe Radikha didn't cook anything. Especially with a soup on the menu - she could have put the soup together and then let it simmer while she worked the house. Or she could have taken dessert and made something that would keep for a while. ANYTHING. It's a cooking competition!

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Seriously. I can't believe she thought that would be acceptable.

Right.

When Radhika didn't assign Jeff to do the sorbet - that should have been a sign of something wrong. Plus, Carla is a pastry chef - why not have her make pastry is she's doing the dessert?

(I bet Jeff would have figured out a way to make the sorbet work - because he has the experience OR would have realized early enough that they had to change up the menu.)

I agree that Radhika should have gone due to her poor decision making but man am I ready to see Leah & Hosea go. God they are annoying. And did Leah really have anything to do with "her" restaurant? She stormed off when Stefan was being bossy about the menu, she didn't name it, and all she made was crappy fish. Is she ever lucky that Fabio is charming and that Stefan is a really very good cook.

I wish that they had pulled Leah, Carla and Radhika out for the bottom three. Then there would have been a chance that Leah would be gone.

I fear that the Leah/Hosea romance will keep them in for a while.

I told Beau there was producer intervention in which was the worst team. I absolutely believe that.

Yeah, I can't believe that Stefan's dessert outweighed a raw fish entree that wasn't supposed to be raw.

Well it really was his dessert plus Fabio's charm. He COULD have been serving monkey ass and empty clam shells and people would have eaten it up!
