If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

I was right in the middle of explaining to my sister who hasn't watched yet this season what an asshat he is when he said that. See! See!

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Holy crap, last week's What Not To Wear was the best makeover in YEARS. Even though I was skeptical when they gave her a blowout.

OH shoot! I forgot to tape it!

I hate the blowouts. I don't get why that became a thing people do. Curly hair is so pretty! And the blown out hair usually looks dry and damaged (like when they gave the woman from Tim Gunn's show a blowout last week).

Although I get they do it on tv for the dramatic transformation factor.

Curly hair is so pretty!

That's what I think! I guess it's also just an option that some people don't think of for themselves.

We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

There was a WNTW makeover I saw earlier this year that was amazing, too. She was a "wacky" hipster type who had frizzy hair and granny glasses and dressed in truly atrocious vintage outfits, and she really stood out as a mess on the streets of Miami. After Clinton and Stacy were done with her, she looked like a model. She reminded me a lot of Carey Lowell from L&O.

I remember her! You could tell that she was a beauty under the wackness.

WTF -- why did I lose the last minute of Top Model?

Also, did none of the girls realize those clogs meant they were going to Amesterdam??

Also also, I loved seeing various TV models on the Project Runway finale! Did I say that yet?

Because books.

I spotted my favorite from Make Me a Supermodel! Although ... I can't remember her name. Not Holly, the winner, but the second to last girl in the competition.
