Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I've never seen Blade Runner, but at least I'm aware of it, and yes, would ask for more specific description.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

I've never seen Blade Runner

Dude! It's totally film noir...in the FUTURE!

It is a proven cultural corollary that anything that's good will be improved by putting it in space, or just in the future.

Josie and the Pussycats = good.

Josie and the Pussycats In Outer Space = Better!

I know, I know. It's just one of those things.

Edit: And I can apparently get it PPV for $2, so maybe this weekend.

Exactly!! That's all I'm asking!

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

Dude! It's totally film noir...in the FUTURE!

Of course now THEY only have ten more years to develop flying cars AND off-world habitation. I want my flying car, dammit! I'm WAITING!!!

taps foot expectently

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

So it doesn't say new or repeat. That may be what's throwing your Tivo off.

Ohhh! Thanks, Kristen, that's probably it. I have it set for first run episodes only, so it's probably getting jacked up that way.

Anyway, I really liked Korto's jacket, no surprise. And laughed at her "leathuh" comment. Pretty much agree with everything else you guys said at the time, particularly re: Shut IT!

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

Jesse - I think the film polarizes people. Good luck! :-)

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I watched Donnie Darko last weekend, so maybe I'm making a habit out of it!

"What kind of magical sunshine and lollipop world do you live in? Because you need to be medicated."-SFist

Did anyone mention Wade Robson's choreography Emmy of last week for the "Hummingbird and Flower" dance? Well deserved, I say.
