I keep thinking, at least no one's hanging around Way Too Long like Cedric did, but then I looked it up, and he was only on four episodes in the top 20! Huh.

I think it just felt like Cedric hung around a lot longer because the judges kept making such a BFD out of it. And because he took out some really deserving dancers along the way, IMHO. Chuy, we hardly knew ye!

This season, there really hasn't been that, "X went home before Y!! WTF?" moment. I think the closest we've come was with Marquis leaving before Big Pasty and Thayne, but none of those three was setting the world on fire anyway.

I'm not sure why Will thought he needed to take off his shirt for his solo, but I'm very very happy he did.

you know...watching this season with how much the guys have been shirtless, it got me thinking. do y'all remember how much shit Nigel gave Dmitry in season two for having his shirt unbuttoned and stuff? this season he hasn't said mum about it other than admiring their exceptional abs. i bet Dmitry is giving him the finger...secretely.

I don't like Thayne's expression when he dances but I think he's a good dancer. I agree that it would have been nice to get rid of Jessica too and keep all three guys.

I'm looking forward to seeing if Will can have chemistry with someone else. I fear he's like Danny and so in love with himself that he won't connect with anyone.

EETA: Alvin Ailey Dancers!! There are no words. Wow. Wow.

They were AWESOME. And yet, I was kinda sad watching them, thinking "Damn, how few of the dancers on this show (over the seasons even, not just ragging on this season) could keep up with that? SO DAMN FEW"

Wow, so even when they were announcing the bottom three couples, the judges basically said "We've already made up our minds as to who is going home". Not that it wasn't obvious last night either, but DAMN. I know that really, what you should do in that situation is come out and dance your freakin' ass off, but I know I would find it so hard not to just give up, at that point.

I did feel like Thayne's solo was better than it had been in weeks before though.

Will is SO PRETTY with his clothes off. His solo was a bit odd, but was there any chance at all the judges would send him home? Hell to the no.

How much do I hate Kherington?? THIIIIIIIIIIIIIS much. I also hate Nigel's crush on her. BLEAH.

And of course, Comfort and Thayne. There was no question. Duh.

And Dmitri is TOTALLY giving Nigel the finger, somewhere out there. Though granted, I think it's the costumers who are doing as much of the shirtlessness as the boys in the solos, and Dmitri was more doing it in the solos. And Will has the abs for it. Mmmmm.

And I'm with Kat--Mark, Will, and Joshua, though I like Twitch too. Gev is cute, and I'm happy he's in the top 5, but I won't be too sad when he leaves. But the girls I'm mostly meh about. Though I keep finding myself liking Katee more and more, shockingly. And I'll be very interested to see how they all do with different partners, but other than my hate-on for Kherington, the others I'm just meh on. Courtney is cute, but I don't especially like her. Chelsie has done OK, but I don't care. I mostly feel sorry for Jessica. I'm wondering how large she would look next to Gev. Hee. Or even Mark, because he looks so skinny, and Jessica looks pretty meaty for a dancer, though it may be a perception thing, and not reality.

I really liked Comfort at the beginning, and I wish I'd gotten to see her with other partners. Ah well.

I predict that Jessica will go next.
