I really want to see Andy's fabrics. I loved that green dress (although it was too short, did you see the model do a subtle tug down of the skirt as she turned for her final pose? Very well done.)
I also think that one of the reasons why they liked the leather outfit of Gretchen's is that the model worked the SHIT out of it. A good model with a strong walk can make a weak outfit look stronger.
Oh, and my reaction was "Don't get snot on Tim Gunn's lapaels!"
Gretchen's clothes were HIDEOUS! Really really bad.
Gretchen's clothes were awful. And, as a regular Birkenstock wearer, I've gotta say no. I wouldn't put my birkies under that dreadful dress made of sad-colored linen and bizarre bulges.
After the first minute or so of Michael's crying I hit fast-forward. I felt uncomfortably voyeuristic watching it and, if it was put on for attention, that's not something I'm inclined to reward with eye-time if I can help it.
I would never wear anything Mondo or Andy make, but I can definitely see why a lot of it is winning. That polka dot long dress was very striking, as was the green ruffled thingy.
OMG, Austin and Santino went to Black Mountain, NC!! How did I not know there was a wolf-dog sanctuary up there?
Looks like TAR's going to be about 16 minutes late tonight.
TAR: this crazy woman said she couldn't wait to meet the Vikings.
TAR: What's up with these people who don't read the rules and realize that only one team gets to "get" the ff?
That was really a Too Stupid To Live moment.
I love the doctors! They're so good together. Is Nat (or is Kat?) insulin-dependent, too? I saw her blood sugar monitor and wondered, because that has to be tough on this race.
