Non-Fiction TV: I Reject Your Reality and Substitute My Own
This thread is for non-fiction TV, including but not limited to reality television (So You Think You Can Dance, Top Chef: Masters, Project Runway), documentaries (The History Channel, The Discovery Channel), and sundry (Expedition Africa, Mythbusters), et al. [NAFDA]
Umm. This episode is full of triple double quadruple CRAXXY on Top Chef Desserts. whew.
Survivor - Did a one-legged woman run over Nay's puppy or something? She seems to have an unreasonable amount of hostility going on there, and I can't figure it out!
Yeah, that leg offends her on a deeply personal level somehow.
I wish I had a clue Jessica. It all started the other way around with Nay mowing over Kelly (I think that is her name) to get a clue to the hidden immunity idol. I think that was the second episode. Missed the first. But DANG, Nay needs to chill. Why spend that much energy on hatred?
Nay is a horrible person. Horrible. I also think that Marty is not nearly as smart as he thinks he is. Of the Fogies, I like Jill. She's playing a coattails game at this point, but I hope to see more from her later on. I am very very glad to see Jimmy T go.
Yeah, I am wondering if Nay is trying too hard to be "the villain" because this behavior is way out of scale.

She's playing a coattails game, but it's clearly a strategy - she knows that at this point in the game, the best way to stay in it is to be off people's radar.

I can't tell. I hope this is it, because I shudder to think of anyone with that much rage supervising children! (Her tag ID's her as a PE teacher.)
right? I mean I have to admit, her comments are amusing if someone said them on say, a sitcom, but if a real person says them and means them? Damn.
I know! I honestly can't see how she keeps her job after this. Though I suppose someone had to earn gym teachers that old stereotype.
