Here's why I think he didn't take it - if he had, and there was footage of it, the producers would have had to bring that to the judges' attention because he would have been disqualified for cheating.
Since there wasn't any actual proof of wrongdoing, I think they decided that the "Alex is shifty looking" storyine would play better than the "Ed is a paranoid douchebag" version and showed us that. Blech.
Liked the "Mad World", and would've loved to see the Comfort hiphop with her partnering with someone else. Likewise, Kent is adorable at the Broadway, cause he's allowed to mug, and Spencer (who is also kinda hot?!?) is great...but Jose brought that down for me so bad. Sigh.
After watching the "best" routines from the links above from all the various seasons, and downloading them to my iPod, some of them don't stand up as well as I'd hoped...but others do, and I really want a REAL All Star season. Never happen, but...damn, a few of the dancers every year are amazing. Though it has been interesting to see how some of them, this season, have grown.
And I can't BELIEVE someone else is injured. Good GRIEF, y'all.

I can see your point, but Alex did really look guilty when he was being asked about it, imho.
I just thought he looked shifty. Like, "oh shit, THAT'S where I got the idea for this from." Also, with editing, if the editors wanted him to look guilty (which they appear to have) they could easily, despite whatever the reality was.

That was the thing -- they did the b&w flashback cut for a second when someone at the house was asking him something about the peas.
I need to read Tom's blog, but mostly I think, either hang him or don't, but don't play out the story and not resolve it.
Indeed. That's totally my point. I didn't like this at all. And, we never did see him asked about it on camera.
At the beginning of the Kent/Jose Broadway number I laughed my ass off. Kent does this neat little dance, then hops up on the box. Then Jose takes one step over and hops up on the box. I actually rewound and watched the beginning of the dance again so I could make my boyfriend watch it! It's just pathetic how little dancing the choreographers actually make Jose do. Lately, I've been doing commentary during Jose's routines "Oh look! He's standing... standing... standing... shuffling to the side... and a hop. Wait! That was a solid 2 seconds of dancing there!"
Compared to the cast on Top Chef this season, the cast of Project Runway is AWESOME. Mostly because they all seem to have actual personalities.
Yes, but I'm already tired of hearing about them. Design some clothes, dammit!
And here's why 90 minutes will become annoying ...
