"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

Because they didn't want to get rid of Jose.

Oh, you mean the reason they actually gave? Because Billy Bell didn't dance, even though his doctors cleared him to, the judges had no basis upon which to make a decision, so they want everyone on equal footing next week.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

That makes no sense at all.

Danger is my middle name, only I spell it R. u. t. h. - Tina Belcher.

Well, let's hope Billy can dance next week.

We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

The guy who danced solo was DJ Sparks, whom I noticed during the audition shows, but apparently he didn't do well in the various rounds in Vegas and got cut.

I call BS on the judges' decision, and I'm thinking the three who were safe this week are doing the same.

they just didn't want to let the injured one go three weeks in a row.

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

I think that they knew that billy was the stronger dancer, but felt badly about cutting someone who had actually danced this week as opposed to someone who had chosen to sit out even though he's been cleared by the doctors.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Did anyone else catch Adechike when they were discussing the results? I don't think he was all that happy with the decision.

I can't really blame him.

eta: though at the end, they all (including Adechicke) seemed really happy for Jose.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Way to make the 150th episode irrelevant, judges. How odd.

"What kind of magical sunshine and lollipop world do you live in? Because you need to be medicated."-SFist

That was lamer than lame. I am now officially pissed about this season.
