I'm catching up on my Top Chef recaps in the food blogosphere - was I the only one who noticed that Amanda used cooking sherry in her dish? So inappropriate, yes, but debating whether or not the alcohol cooks off is a moot point when there's none in the bottle to begin with.

Hmm, I'll have to look at the bottle when I get home. (What? I was desperate.) But I'm pretty sure it's got a reasonably comparable AC to wine.
