I'll just jump in my time machine, go back to the twelfth century, and ask the vampires to postpone their ancient prophesy for a few days while you take in dinner and a show.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

WHAT THE FUCK JUST HAPPENED ON SURVIVOR???

At this point I almost want to see Colby win this season out of sheer intertia.

Trust my rage

Survivor has been crazy. I'll give Russell props for blindsiding his own alliance for sure.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

Survivor was very crazy tonight. Gotta love Russell and his paranoia.

OMG (which is now "Oh, my gravy" in my head), Russell is a loon. Sandra, at least, seems to be playing it smart with her idol. How come everyone stopped looking? Once they figured Rupert was bluffing, why not keep up the search?

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

they probably did and edited it out.

That would be my assumption also, le nub. But why? I mean, it just seems like such a logical thing to do, why make it look like it didn't happen?

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

my only thought is that it doesn't fit into the producers' narrative. I'm not sure where they are going, but there were others stories they apparently wanted to tell.

since no one has come off the idol, you'd think of all people Russell would be getting very paranoid.

I wonder if that was his real motivation behind trying to vote out Danielle - she and Parvati hid an idol from him before, why wouldn't they do it again?

If Parvati doesn't wake up and try to vote Russell out the next time he's without immunity, I don't know what she's thinking.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

I think we have the same dynamics this time as last time: he is so odious that people keep him because they think they can win against him.
