Yeah, I quit watching Idol. It gets boring when there are only a few good people.

Non-Fiction TV: I Reject Your Reality and Substitute My Own
This thread is for non-fiction TV, including but not limited to reality television (So You Think You Can Dance, Top Chef: Masters, Project Runway), documentaries (The History Channel, The Discovery Channel), and sundry (Expedition Africa, Mythbusters), et al. [NAFDA]
I quit Idol too. I kind of just wanted them all to go home, except Crystal, and I don't connect with her much so I wasn't invested. Plus, it's baseball season now.
I can't quit Idol because it's been my #1 comfort TV since S1. I mean, it was just me and Nikki McKibbin and a world of hate. My first moment of "How DARE you?" was when she stayed instead of Tamyra. Good times. But if I could, I would've so quit AI this seaon. The loss of Paula combined with Simon being almost completely checked out and already counting his X Factor money plus Ellen turning out to be just as disappointing as I'd feared on the panel plus just general suck ass or competent but uninspiring "talent" plus Ryan forgetting how to be a charming and effecient male version of Cat Deeley plus Judge #4's continued existence on this planet, gah! It's just too much. But I will soldier on until the bitter end of this season at least. Seriously, I don't know if I'll be able to take next season with no Paula and no Simon AND continued uselessness from the Dawg and Judge #4 still breathing unless they get a massive infusion of breathtakingly, mindblowingly good contestants - like Kelly and Adam and Melinda Doolittle level good.
I loved Tamyra. But she married that guy from Color Me Badd, the ickiest-looking one.
With the curly hair?
That one.
Yeah, but probably the only straight one.
LOL. damn, Vortex.
TAR: Man, I'm bummed that the third place team made it over the fourth. Feh.
It's the Cowboys all the way for me! Can't stand the other two!
