That lime green was NOT cute. Did you read Tim's blog?
Today I am wearing a black skirt, black jacket and pale blue sleeveless top with black hose and black flats. I will, however, go home and change into a shiny olive green strappy top and cute green BCBG slides.
The collection I'm looking forward to next week is Seth Aaron's. I want to see exactly how he managed to rework it in a month after Tim's visit.
I'm reserving judgment on Emilio's palette until I see his final collection. What we saw was not very appealing.
Vortex, 100 Geek Points. Or 6.02x10^23. Whichever's more appropriate.
Eta: I am also eager to see what Seth Aaron has up his sleeve. Actual surprises, I hope!
I tried to read Tim's blog and I couldn't get it to load.
I thought that Emilio's clothing just looked ugly - the color palette and the shapes.
I am also eager to see Seth Aaron's collection. Tim's visit with Seth Aaron's family is my favorite Tim's Visit EVER.
Better than turtle poop at Laura's loft, sumi? That was classic.
Tim on the trampoline and playing Pictionary - MUCH, MUCH better.
Re: ABDC - I forgot to mention about the awesomeness of Qwest crew last night - they danced to Sing, Sing, Sing! I truly love those guys.
Whoever was asking about the channel, it's on MTV, and according to the web site they are definitely running repeats.
That was me, Morgana, thanks! And
Sing, Sing, Sing
is one of my favorite things ever, I can't wait to see that.
I have not read Tim's blog yet. ::scurries off::
When I walked into his studio, I was stricken by the palette of the items on the dress rack before me:
Ahahaha! I love Tim Gunn. STRICKEN.
so many of their routines had this weird undercurrent of homophobic panic that I wasn't sure what that was about either.
I have to agree with this about Poreotix. And to an extent, Qwest does this, too, and it always bugs. They did it again last night, but it always involves Dom and so with Qwest, I just chalk it up to his general heinous-ness and choose to believe that the rest of the crew is not nearly as worried about catching the gay.
MTV will run that episode into the ground, I've no doubt.
I still haven't seen PR, but I cannot wait to see Tim on a trampoline. I heart Tim so, so much.
