Sorry, Captain. I'm real sorry. I shoulda kept better care of her. Usually she lets me know when something's wrong. Maybe she did, I just wasn't paying attention...

Emilio's dress. It was out there without being crazy

I seriously lovedlovedloved this dress!! It really was one of the top dresses I've ever seen on this show. The fabric, the patterns, the flow, the fact that he realized it needed a splash of color in a prominent place late in the process and really made it work--it was just perfect.

Jay's jacket made me wince, but Anthony's dress was so wrong when it came to that fabric. I really don't remember judges coming up to look at the dress closeup before--have they done that in the past?

Seth Aaron's outfit was soooo him, and that's the only reason it wasn't too costumey IMO, because so many of his previous outfits were equally over the top.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I've heard good things about the Lifetime show site, msbelle, but haven't actually been there myself.

I can barely look at Emilio's work because I think he's so gross. Every time he VO's like "This is the most brilliant thing ever created," I just hope the judges hate it, and I can't even tell what I think.

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

for the record, Tim told him that it needed color and he dismissed it. Then he looked at it and decided to use the red stripe.

Hee--TWOP comes up with places and tasks they'd like to see on TAR, from both real and fictional locations. My favorite is:

Eureka, Oregon (Eureka)

Detour Option 1: Walk through a gravity tornado to deactivate a gravity-generating experiment that's gone out of control.

Detour Option 2: Walk through an ice tornado to deactivate an ice-generating experiment that's gone out of control.*

*Note: On any given day, there will be a dozen similar experiment-caused disasters going on that will need to be dealt with.

"We have trust issues." Mylar

Loved, loved, loved Emilio's dress. It was the best thing on that runway by a country mile last night. He's made a lot of really gorgeous clothes this season and he's had as many wins as previous win champ, Danny V. I hope this means that he will not ultimately take the top prize, just like Danny V., because he is a snooty bitch and you do not diss the Tim and then steal his idea to save your dress. More color indeed. Still, no denying the man has talent.

Mila's outfit last night seemed like a pale imitation of Seth Aaron's more successful look. Not that I was in love with Seth Aaron's look, but the jacket was very him and the construction was impeccable. I've been over Mila for a while now, but I get why they are having her do a design-off against Jay. I love Jay, but the jacket was, as Mila pointed out, very MJ. The pants were to die for, though, and I would like very much to be wearing them right now. Anthony's dress was just sad, but I still love him and I hope he does big, big things as a result of his time on the show. He can make a lovely gown when he puts his mind to it, and there are way too many starlets out there and way too many red carpet events for him not to find his niche.

On Survivor: Why the Villains continue to keep Russell around is beyond me. If Danielle is so over Russell, how about going to Sandra and Courtney and Coach and Jerri and taking him and Parvati out? Too much like right? The same goes for the Heroes tribe and JT. Amanda is just now figuring out that JT is wishy-washy, will go whichever way the wind blows and will double deal with the devil if he thinks he can advance himself in this game? Really? Just now? You couldn't have realized this earlier when awesome people like Cirie and Tom were getting sent home left and right based on JT's whims? Sandra is the only player left I find even remotely rootable.

I want Sandra to win the $$ so badly right now. She is only one I am rooting for. If she goes soon, I will be really dismayed.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

I am so in Sandra's camp right now. I hope to god she starts some shit moving.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

I loved loved loved Emilio's dress! His attitude doesn't really annoy me either, although he was a little too mean to Tim this week, but I think Tim was wrong.

Because books.

Wow, the last team was pissed tonight on TAR.

Iron Chef: Two women! And challenge grape! It's been a while since it's been an ingredient I actually love.
