Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Yeah, a lot of these boys are really young.

I'm with Jesse and Aims. I've always like Pandora, but Tatiana cracked me up as Britney. I also liked the way that she defended Mystique.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

Heh. Tabatha is on Shear Genius tonight. It's actually fun. I miss her.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

This season of AI will be an absolutely train wreck. There are about 4 good singers in the whole 24.

Watching every week is going to be a nightmare.

Yeah, I haven't yet seen everyone tonight, but they seem not good (although I don't think the boys seem any worse than the girls).

Have you not been watching Tabatha's Salon Takeover? It's AWESOME.

I just watched the show, why can't the hostess not talk, she's a total mush mouth.

'Til we dance away...

Yesterday was my first Idol ep of the season... wow, am I disappointed. I thought the girls were awful, but I though the guys were worse.

Only a few of the boys seemed to be able to carry a tune, and the ones that could seemed to be Gokey types. Although some of the girls could actually sing, too many of them reminded me of Megan Joy from last season. Quirky is not the same as good.

Thrive to spite them

I missed last night's AI. Was there anyone who really stood or and who really sucked.

I didn't watch, but the recaps said they mostly sucked pretty hard. Cougar!Bait, the little 16 year old, and the tattooed songwriter guy were the people who sucked least. (No, it is too early to learn names.)

Because books.

I loved Andrew Garcia, the one who did Straight Up in audition, and FOB's Sugar We're Going Down last night, is good. Cougar Bait, aka Casey something, will be good, but I was actually embarrassed by the shenanigans about his looks. And I like the big guy, Mike?, whose wife was giving birth during the auditions. Everyone else seemed awful.
