You'd never make it. I'd rip your spine out before you got half a step. Those little legs wouldn't be much good without one of those.

TAR recap by TAFKAMiss Alli, with nice discussion of the female team strength issue.

That was good, but my problem wasn't that I thought the whole detour was biased (once they saw that they couldn't ring the bell easily they should've figured out the golf), it's that the bell-ringing didn't seem to relate to that challenge at all and only served as a pointless physical hurdle, that, based on experience, would be much harder for women.

Also, finally watched Survivor on Demand and still can't figure out Erik's plan. Although I'm glad both hidden idols are gone because I hates them.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

From what I could tell, his plan consisted mainly of hoping nobody noticed what a ginormous douchebag he was.

Yes, and this plan FAILED.

Because books.

I missed the beginning -- why were Brian and Erika allowed back in?

Allowed back into what? The Race? The Poker Players were out last time.

Because books.

Why did I think they were out? I knew the Poker Girls quit, but for some reason I had it in my head that Brian and Erika were out before that.

I need to, like, pay attention. Clearly.

They had the penalty at the last check-in, but still beat Maria and what's her name.
