But he had already started that "the steamer ruined my dress" lie with his model the day before.
I will be just as happy to see Nicholas go next time, honestly. And they better stop picking on Gordana.

Yeah. Because he knew he had shit and was starting to lay the groundwork for a "plausible" excuse.
I don't know if you've ever encountered that kind of pathological excuse making in RL before but it was utterly (and unfortunately) familiar to me. You see it (or at any rate I've seen it) in people who are not all that, not willing to work hard at being all that, and yet totally invested in everyone around them *thinking* they're all that.
Right. And he's probably hurt his career with this. I mean, who would want to work with someone who makes these kinds of excuses?
Wow, just watched the PR models show. They had to stand around for 7 hours in those dresses, basically without moving (and no going to the bathroom). The girl in Carol Hannah's dress had to be lifted onto and off of the stage. Crazy.
I know! That was very inhumane.
Anybody else watch last night's America's Best Dance Crew?
First off, WTF is AfroBorike doing in the top two? They're really quite bad--just a lot of hot and sexy moves along with tons of flailing around. Watch their big number from last night, with the tribal drums and sexy costumes. Not a lot of there there. I wish Rhythm City had made it past last week.
Massive Monkeez really didn't perform well. Actually, they do the b-boy stuff excellently--they just can't dance otherwise. That attempt at James Brown was pathetic (knee jiggling isn't the same as foot steppin').
We Are Heroes just nailed both of their performances. I preferred their first number (the history of dance) over their big finale number, although that one is going to be remembered due to all the fire--these ladies sure do know how to stage something for maximum effect. They've been my favorites since the first ep, and I hope that they got the votes to win.

I'm really salty about this. Rhythm City was ROBBED. Beau walked through the living room when MM was on and he was like: "they don't have any rhythm." And you know what? He is right.
WAH was awesome. I wish they had danced like that all season.

It's on the tivo, i'll watch it tonight. Also AfroBorike's dancing seems kind of misogynistic. They're always mock hitting the girls, overly sexualized or almost physically abusive.
Vortex you are gonna LOVE last night...
I sat next to Russell from Big Brother on the plane back from Vegas today.
