Danger is my middle name, only I spell it R. u. t. h. - Tina Belcher.

You do not fuck with Tim!

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

Damn Tim. He really was pissed.

Ah, misogyny. "dumb-ass girl alliance." Again, was kind of meta as well. It will be interesting to see if the stereotypes get blown to hell this season, given all the foreshadowing in this episode.

I hope so, because otherwise Russell has already been on my screen too long. I was really hoping they would catch him with the water. Did they honestly think it had been drunk? How was that not suspicious?

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

I can't believe they put Gordana in the bottom. That irritates me. I'm also irritated that Miss sour-face won. I was hoping she was getting the comeuppance edit.

But thank god Johnny is gone. My god, the whining.

He's never felt as empty as when he was in the bottom three? Project Runway is harder than kicking a meth addiction? Oh and his dress was DIOR before the phantom iron/steamer/super soaker got to it?

I'm not usually one to like the drama of contestants throwing each other under the bus but I sort of want to send the Feather Prince a BIG ASSED bouquet.

ETA: In non-ranty news, one of the dresses (I think Shirin's?) reminded me of Anna's cups dress from The Fashion Show.

'Til we dance away...

I disagreed with the winner tonight, too. If they were rewarding Irina for making a coat out of newspaper, so be it, but some of the garments (Althea's) would have been interesting and attractive no matter what the medium. If the coat had been made of cloth and furry stuff, it still would have been just a coat. But maybe the judges intended the challenge to be a reward for making something crazy out of the paper rather than the best looking garment since wearability was impossible anyway.

re: Survivor and Russell- It may be because I am fed up with the sanctimonious gameplay of late, but I am really interested to see how deliberately batshit evil works out. I am also intrigued to see if the other players are in fact as dumb as he thinks and if they work out what he's doing.

Come on, New Hampshire cop lady! Figure it out!

Wow. I don't think I've ever seen Tim badmouth someone. He was pissed!

I'm assuming this happened after my dvr cut off?

Happy he's gone, but Nicolas really needs to lay off the superior attitude. I don't think he's ever even been in the top three.

Honestly, I don't get Althea. I actually thought she might be in the bottom. It didn't look like it fit up top at all; and down the runway it was one of the more obvious "that's not fabric" dresses.

Given the previews, though, I was happy to see that most people pulled off some really cool things.

Because books.

I didn't love Althea's either. Well, not for *me*. I just don't love that very square look, and although she did create a really cool pattern, it wound up looking really 80s to me.

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

It surprised me that no really *truly* bombed tonight. There wasn't one "My eyes!" horror. Even Johnny's is just boring.

yes, usually at this point, someone throws some shit on the runway, but everything was halfway decent.
