If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Also the potato salad wasn't their sole dish.

Fatma is a better woman than me, because I would've just gotten up and walked away from her. Left her neighing to the air.

Seriously.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Potato salad is salad in name only, IMHO

And like Brenda said, it wasn't the entire dish. It was a starch tying together a protein and a sauce. Had he served A Bowl Of Potato Salad as a standalone, I think he would have had similar salad issues to the other three.

Because books.

I also think the producers should ban bread pudding as a dessert option from here till forever. Come up with a new dessert, cheftestants!

I'm not sure she's that bad - the chowder got good marks, even though it was wildly inappropriate for the occasion.

I don't know if she can be credited for that. Didn't Ron say something about winning the Montauk Chowder Contest 3 or 4 times?

Also, I'm loving this week's reality trend of being in the top 3-4 and then finding yourself on the chopping block.

Yes, I noticed that too.

Speaking of team challenges, while I'm off work today, I'm watching the S4 Project Runway marathon that's playing on Bravo. They just had the avant garde challenge won by Christian and Chris's 45-yards-of-organza extravaganza. I'd forgotten how much I loved Victorya and Jillian's coat from that challenge.

Now it's the blue jeans challenge--I really love Sweet P's dress here!

Or maybe that was yet another thing he ate during his 37 days at sea...

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Oh, I'm bummed I missed that one! Now I'm sucked into the WWE challenge.

I looked Ron up and discovered he used to be Executive Chef at the Montauk Yacht Club. So award winning chowder makes sense. Also, I meant to respond to this earlier (brain fried):

I can totally live with Magical Elves' new trick of having one person on a team be in the winner's ring, and the other on the bottom, because it's allowing the judges to really call people on bullshit.

I thought Magical Elves was no longer involved in PR, which made the coinky-dink super coinky (and funny) to me.

"We have trust issues." Mylar

Yes, I think it's Bunim Murray, the same people who do The Real World, and you know they don't care about no stinkin' rules. I'm still glad that they auf'ed Mitchell.
