I'm watching the latest episode of Trinny and Susannah's show while I clean. I really like them, but my god, are they handsy. The last time I was groped that much by someone I didn't know was a female security guard at the Frankfurt airport.
Non-Fiction TV: I Reject Your Reality and Substitute My Own
This thread is for non-fiction TV, including but not limited to reality television (So You Think You Can Dance, Top Chef: Masters, Project Runway), documentaries (The History Channel, The Discovery Channel), and sundry (Expedition Africa, Mythbusters), et al. [NAFDA]
Her biggest problem (aside from having her opinion repeated endlessly by the editing monkeys)
I was wondering how much of her continual complaining had to do with the editors.
speaking of Top Chef, just turned on the TV after a night out to see that Mark from season 4 as a sous chef for the challenger. I think that the secret ingredient is maple syrup. Mark seems to be getting a lot more screen time than sous chefs normally do.
Mark. . . I have completely forgotten who that is.
Mark = stoned hobbit.
Oh, HIM.
Okay, I'm watching What Would Brian Boitano Make for the first time, and beaming. What a goof! I love this!
A little too much schtick for me. I wanted to like it, but it's a little too silly.
It really was silly, but for half an hour it was amusing. It's not something I'd seek out necessarily, though.
ABDC: Rhythm City totally rocked it! Best performance of the night. We Are Heroes was also great.
The editors/producers did what they wanted (I think), and have made me really dislike Vogue Evolution, or, to be more precise, Leomi. Why the hell is she pulling the Bitchy Diva out? VE is skating by on fan popularity, and displaying bitch behavior is not going to help them.
