I have to add that I'm also bugged by the props thing. Either all the teams should have to work with one, or none. If a team chooses to add a prop on their own fine. But having one team this week and two teams last week assigned to work with props seemed to put them at an unfair disavantage. Notice - of those three teams that had to work with props, two have been eliminated.

Hi Everyone--I don't know if it's appropriate for me to comment here, but I would like to say a couple of things about the show:

First, thanks to everyone for your praise of my collection--it is very flattering and means a lot to me! The show had incredibly tough circumstances this time, and I was lucky to get anything done...

About the sleeping...a few things colluded to make me extremely sleepy during the filming.

1) I got approximately 3 hours of sleep a night, less the night before the runway.

2) The first day of filming, I got a bad case of food poisoning at lunch (which they conveniently edited out) that made me very weak and dehydrated.

3) I am diabetic, and on a new medication that makes me very, very sleepy. It just can't be helped.

4) Yes, I have sleep apnea, have been diagnosed and have a CPAP machine. Unfortunately, the other circumstances of participating in the show overwhelmed any sleep I actually got.

5) Then, to top it all off, I went home after the final interview and went to bed, and woke up the next morning with a terrible case of the flu (which I must have been catching during the last days of filming).

PLEASE know that I try to take care of myself (yes, I am painfully aware that I really need to lose weight) and go to the doctor every 3 months to monitor my diabetes. I have made great progress with it since being on Season 4 (I was then insulin dependent, and no longer need it).

It was a mess. This is one of the times I really don't like their elimination process. The judges said the last two were the best of the night, while some of the "safe" teams got horrible feedback. Even so, they still had to eliminate out of the two best.

Oh, and he was a Mouskateer too.

And he has put out the best music of any former N'Sync-er not named JT. Seriously. Check out Blowin' Me Up with Her Love or Some Girls Dance with Women (on Ellen and he even busts a couple of moves!). Love JC!

He's also sang with, wrote for, and produced for other musicians/groups. He also acts in really unknown movies on occasion.

Look at the sparkly Glambert!!! You know, I adore Kris. I really do. But seriously, how could Adam not have won AI? He's so pretty.

Thing I learned today: It pays to dip your toes into Natter every now and again even if you can't keep up or post all that often because sometimes you get free Lambert sightings.

And I swear, I don't know why anyone even auditions for this show if they don't have a dessert they can pull out of their back pocket, although that's based more on today's reruns of the season Stephanie won than the new one.
