Crap, that means I'll miss part of the reair of Leverage at 11.
For the first time, I'll actually be watching Leverage on time since I decided that, with the +15min, it made more sense to tape TC:LV and TCM in the middle of the night.
I'm just glad that SYTYCD has finished because Wednesdays have been killer, which is all the more frustrating since I have very few shows I watch. They're just all on the same night of late.
Is anyone else looking forward to Trinny and Susannah's new show?

Only for a few more weeks! September 2 is the "Best of" episode, and then it comes back for the sixth season on 9/9 (with Glee on the same night).

Well, I have no interest in Glee, but will it be on at 10, or are they going to actually keep the SYTYCD episodes to an hour?
I think the audition premiere is going to be an hour, allowing for the Glee premiere to follow. As to the rest of the season, I don't know how they're going to run them both--I'm guessing that Glee will move to a different night.
I finally saw this week's ABDC last night. I thought We Are Heroes killed it with their routine. I was worried because Single Ladies is so played out, but I really thought they did well. I also loved Vogue Evolution. I agree that the African dance moves were not quite on point, but they don't get choreographers to help them, so given that, they did well. And Miss Thing, Leomie, was once again FABulous. I was sad that Donyelle's group got kicked off, but I can see why. They really did underwhelm week one.
I am so excited for PR. Thursday can't come soon enough.
That's two weeks in a row that We Are Heroes just blew me away. Last week, they had that back lean that went on for.e.ver, and this week they nailed strobing. The Japanese woman who is the centerpiece of the group is mesmerizing to watch.
What night is ABDC first on?
They moved to Sunday nights this week.
I wondered if the teams with one woman were helped or hurt in "doing" Beyonce. Thoughts?
Maureen Ryan (Chicago Tribune's The Watcher tv critic/blogger) has an interview with Tim Gunn. I only read the bulleted highlights to avoid any possible spoilers in the transcript.
Some of those highlights:
Michelle Obama and the girls are big fans of the show, according to Michelle (Tim Gunn met her at a WH luncheon).
One challenge in the first half of the season will set the "Runway" blogs on fire. He called the outcome "unprecedented in 'Project Runway' history and even I will not fully believe it -- that it really happened -- until I actually see it."
"We have drama to beat the band, including a model who refused to wear the garment. I’m in the sewing room begging her -- well, not begging her. I’m quite firm in saying, 'This is your responsibility. It’s not a matter of personal taste -- you are a mannequin basically. A walking mannequin. Put it on,'" Gunn said.
But the worst part of the "All-Star" special was dealing with Season 2's Santino Rice: "I don’t want to give him any more press. He doesn’t need it. But that Santino Rice -- I was ready to take a cyanide capsule. I mean, he just sucks all the air out of a room."
