I now have a tagline
All Ogle, No Cash -- It's Not Just Annoying, It's Un-American
Discussion of episodes currently airing in Un-American locations (anything that's aired in Australia is fair game), as well as anything else the Un-Americans feel like talking about or we feel like asking them. Please use the show discussion threads for any current-season discussion.

Cindy enters the UnAm thread, thinking, "Maybe if I stay here, Buffy won't yet be over for me, either."
Awww, Cindy. Well, there has to be some advantage to being UnAm. Terrestrial British TV is showing the Season Six finale tomorrow. So they have a whole year of Buffy to go. The mind boggles
So how is the (unspoilery) consensus? How was the finale? Are you happy-sad or just sad-sad?
Edited to spell "consensus". Didn't sleep much last night.
Are you happy-sad or just sad-sad?
Fiona, I'm happy happy. But then I've always been perverse...
edited to add.. consensus seems to be "content", I think. People seem to think it fit.
Overall consensus seems to be happy-sad. With much wistfulness and damn allergies.
Saw it last night. Perfect. Better ending than I could have imagined.
OK, Jim, rub it in.
[BTW, did you send the tapes? And the email you promised me...? Sorry, backchannel, I know.]
t whiner The last episode I've seen in "Once More, With Feeling". In my world, Tara is alive though sad, Giles is still in the USA, Xander and Anya are only engaged to be married, and Buffy and a chipped Spike just kissed once. Also, Joss is talking about doing a new show in the next year of my world, something about a western in space. My world will have to see how it'll work out. t /tries very hard to close the whiner tag
Is it as pitiful as it feels, that I want to move to Nilly's world?
So how is the (unspoilery) consensus? How was the finale? Are you happy-sad or just sad-sad?
Happy-happy-happy-broken/sad. Beautimouse.
I was pretty darn happy and should leave before I say something.
But if Jim is rubbing things in I could stick around...
Eh, I was underwhelmed. But I have very high Buffy standards and I tend to really think about each plot point. But for TV it was still very good. (So, something to both look forward to and dread, and pity those of us who now have to come up with something to do on Tuesday nights.)
