Swouncing

Fiona, if you continue feeling guilty about something that is not really anybody's fault, I won't accept the tapes at all, as a punishment for myself for making you feel guilty (becuase I brought it up, so I feel a bit guilty about it), and think of how guilty you'd feel then!

[Edit: I don't think I've ever written a sentence with such a vast use of the word 'guilty'. I feel like the queen from "Alice in Wonderland".]

Um, what I mean is, if that is what you think is best, then I won't refuse. I'll accept with loads of thanks.

Ficht nicht mit Der Raketemensch!

Fiona - I have 1 more Angel to watch, then I will send you 2 tapes. I will. I will.

BTW, I was going to mention to Jon that the next batch should go straight to you - I have BT now, and Sky is almost up to date anyway.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

Seekrit message to Jim:

It's verging on David Eddings.

Not until they replace "Champion" with "Bleak Champion". Which, granted, they very easily could.

Lurching from one disaster to the next.

A call for help: does anyone know of an English language site selling Dutch R2 DVDs? I just discovered John Carpenter's They Live was released last November. There is a UK R2 version but the Dutch release is a Special Edition, with another must have commentary by John Carpenter and Roddy Piper.

Fiona - May 02, 2003 1:04:19 am PDT #4297 of 9843

jimi, www.play.com has the special edition with Carpenter and Piper. It doesn't say that it's the Dutch version, but it seems to have what you want. They're usually the cheapest British site.

Darn, I've just noticed that they don't deliver to Oz. So the other places to try are Choices Direct (www.choicesdirect.co.uk), SplashDVD (www.splashdvd.co.uk) and Blackstar (www.blackstar.co.uk). They all seem to have a version with audio commentary.

Go geek mastery, Julie! Unfortunately for the state of my own life, though, I meant conquer my addiction, not conquer the technology....

amych!!!

I just posted on another board "I am bittorrent's bitch".

And then I thought of you :)

Hi UnAms. I been (mostly) MIA, caught up fulfilling my civic responsibilities and learning that the only people that end up on juries are those that are too stupid to get out of them. (I won't be making that mistake again!)

Which is my excuse for having nothing better to do on a friday night than perfect my imitation of a sloth. (Just four pesky toes to rid myself of, and I'm all set :)

Hi Julie and Moonlit and Am-Chau. Any juicy jury stories, Julie?
