Yeah I heard about the other one too though haven’t listened to it.
I just reread all the books and man, I think they will have a hard time casting Ryan Price? Like, he’s described as a 6’7 mountain of a redhead! I am guessing they could just leave the redhead part out. But…I do wonder if people would (will?) be as into a story with a fey musician hero as opposed to two conventionally attractive dudes?

I've been wondering about both of those. My guess is that they'll make Ryan and Fabian a background story, but I hope they do more with them.

I'm more curious how Fabian's music is going to sound, and if they'll do more cross-cutting or keep the storylines mostly separate.

My own Ontario cottage is nowhere near that fancy, but the shot of them watching the sunset? I know that view in my bones. I need to know where this ep was shot.

The finale was so sweet.
I just looked it up, it's in Muskoka Lakes, which I accidentally drove through one time on the way to my cottage when I took a wrong turn north of Barrie! (So I was right about the view, but also all of rural Ontario looks like that.)
The show had Shane starting his "performance diet" much earlier than in the books, which also meant that the only times we see Shane eating without worrying about carbs are with Ilya -- the tuna melt, and then the burgers he makes at the cottage, and then he actually eats pasta after they talk to his parents.
I want to be there when Yuna remembers seeing Ilya in that elevator.
