what's the American equivalent of Digestive biscuits?

Graham crackers are close, as are arrowroot biscuits. Neither are as *tasty* as Digestive biscuits. Now I want a couple of chocolate Digestives ...

What's the closest in taste and texture, is what I'm looking for, really. What do you dip in tea? Or make cheesecake bases out of? Can you actually get Digestives over there?

Can you actually get Digestives over there?

In the right stores, yes. One of the local upscale-ish grocery stores has an aisle of "British" foods (right next to the aisles of "Indian", "Asian", and "Mexican", complete with quotes around the words on the signs).

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

What do you dip in tea?

Nothing. Maybe shortbread?

Or make cheesecake bases out of?

Graham crackers.

Can you actually get Digestives over there?

Only in the British import places.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Wrong country. I mean, this is a place where donuts get dipped into coffee. Barbarians.

Or make cheesecake bases out of?

Graham crackers.

Can you actually get Digestives over there?

Yes.

I thought there are now wee fists of quit it!

Are you limiting her?

Near me is like near Jilli. Nicer supermarkets have them too. I only need to go to the import place for apple and mince pies.
