Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.
Even if it was all planned from the beginning, it still doesn't make sense. I needed to feel the impact of the agency, and of the motivations of the individual steps (still not sure on why we lost the sun).
Planned all along? I'd have been fine with it if THE PLAN HAD MADE SENSE.

I think all of S4 is off-limits, including the cast changes. I'm not sure for how long because I don't know if/when it will air in other countries.

I totally do not understand the BBF rules at all. I mean, i know people get yelled at a lot for violating them, but their cut-off dates seem kind of random to me.

It's not totally random--they just have a larger list of countries to deal with for spoilers than we do here. I think it goes back two years from US airing.

I understood it was something like that. It's just hard to keep track of, because they don't seem to post updates very often. I'd love to see regular posts saying, "Iceland has just seen "As You Were," clearing spoilers for this list through 6.XX," but that would probably a lot more work than going by the calendar.
