I couldn't believe it the first twenty times you told us, but it's starting to sink in now.

No other candidate is asking the hard questions, like "Did geophysicists assassinate Jim Henson?" or "Why is there hydrogen in America's water supply?" --defective yeti

Of course the whole taking off of his shirt and throwing a bucket of water from the well was an obvious attempt to get the redheaded watcher girl to notice. So much for torch carrying.

This worries me. Sure, Xander and Anya weren't going out, but do you expect the ghost of a former vengeance demon to be rational about jealousy? And unlike the actress who played Amanda, Emma has not had her obligatory appearance after death. I think we'll be seeing Anya some time this season.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

Damn. I forgot to program my VCR and missed it. Thank goodness for Daniel's review.

Warburton again at the end, I love the little bit with the practicing his lines before walking in on the Scoobs. He's going to be the funniest and baddest big bad, ever.

And fun with camera angles that play with the height differences!

So how is Andrew's continuing quest for redemption going?

All is well that ends in pizza.

So how is Andrew's continuing quest for redemption going?

Not much on him this week, but I think they showed him ogling shirtless Xander.

To every idea a shelf...

It didn't sound like it would regenerate a workable eye, though.

God. They really took his eye. THEY TOOK HIS EYE! Every now and again that comes back to kick me in the gut. Man, Buffy hurts so good.

"God...my brilliance is now becoming a bit of a burden...get back to me." Dr. Cox - Scrubs

Did anyone analyze the screencaps of the previews for episode 4 "Total Domination" to be shown in 2 weeks because of UPN's commitment to rerunning at least one episode of Tyra Bank search for a supermodel show each month....

First of all the title just sounds porny...and the zoom in on the wide eyed expression on Andrew's face had to be aimed towards one Xander Harris, but they didn't give that much away. I still think they are letting Accuvue get a little too involved with the Accuvue Promo cam or whatever they call it. The subliminal flashes of their product during the entire episode got quite annoying. Did anyone see the box of contacts in Willow's room? I didn't know that she needed vision help. Perhaps I am reading too much into this, but is she using colored contacts to cover up her black eyes? Is she back on the magic wagon and trying to cover it up?

Also as for the preview I could have sworn that I saw the outline The Doc approaching Dawn and Faith while they were fencing. I don't know if Joel Gray is available but I think his return could be interesting if they do it right.

If I recall right Marti is writing this episode before she commits herself full time to "Still Life" on FOX. I would hope that we get some heavy schmoop on the Xandrew relationship or at the least bring it out in the open so we dont have to speculate anymore.

I've been up since 4am this morn. and happened to catch the FX reruns (it was Bargaining I and II) and came up with reason #345 why you can never re-watch too much.

I had never noticed that when Xander is telling Willow that the Urn of Osiris is broken, he calls it the Urn of Cirrhosis. Funny and deep.

I also liked Spike's hair. Almost as long as crazyinthebasement!Spike, but not quite.

I also kept going "poor Buffy" over and over again through both episodes. To the point where I was beginning to worry myself.

One eye out for highway danger, the other out for fruit. - fr. Martin Mull's Truckdrivin' Songs for the Eight Basic Food Groups

The scene where Xander was helping helping the delivery crew take the mysterious crates addressed to Willow and Giles probably had a lot of the female fans clapping.

It had me clapping, but also tearing up a bit. I couldn't help think "She'll never imagine having sex with Xander again."

Oh, and was that comment about EC doing a posthumous guest appearance a speculation or a casting spoiler? Because if it's the latter, I'd like to respectfully request that such be kept OUT of this thread.

Nobody

Jenny, aren't they commenting on Daniel's imaginary BtVS season 8, or am I thinking of something else?

Hey, just cuz it's imaginary doesn't mean you can play willy-nilly with the rules. You want to post imaginary spoilers? Post 'em on the imaginary spoiler threads!

Sheesh! Don't you people have any sense of respect!?

I decided that for S8 Buffy I am going back to being a spoiler whore again....man after seeing how many great story lines they are headed towards by mid season I am so glad that UPN paid SMG 1.5 Million bucks an episode so she would commit to another season.
