Buffy: You tossed that vamp like he was a... little teeny vamp. Riley: You wanna go again? C'mon. I bet this place is just teeming with aerodynamic vampires.

Having just seen the final of buffy myself (it was only screened here in australia yesterday), i am still wondering whether the first was defeated. I mean, its not like it can't cause havoc elsewhere. Anyone have an opinion?

Pretty sure that the Ms. Kitty spinoff would have to feature Clem. It would be a cartoon. Each episode would just feature Clem chasing Ms. Kitty around and running into things while eating Bugles.

Ratings jackpot.

Better yet make it anime. Kids eat up that shit like Count Chocula.

Strawberry disappointment.

Clem could be a card shark, and each week Miss Kitty would be bet and then return to him with the rest of the ,ahem, kitty.

What do we need a card shark for when we can have the Loan Shark from "Tabula Rasa" as a regular...shudder...

The cat is dead, Rayne. DEAD DEAD DEAD. Deader than the BBS, even, and he's stone cold dead.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

I'm with Rayne:

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

its not like it can't cause havoc elsewhere. Anyone have an opinion?

I think a key part of its plan was massing the troops.

The first will never go away, but they severly nipped its ability to mobilise in the bud, and perhaps whatever instability allowed it to get even that far has been taken away by the mass choosing.

Ficht nicht mit Der Raketemensch!

That was my take. Also, closing the Hellmouth majorly weakens the First (even if there is one elsewhere).

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

I wasnt too clear on its plan anyway... when the Turok-han outnumber the human population, it gets to become flesh? So why wasn't it back when demons ruled the earth? And who makes the rules up, anyway?
