this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

Oh! Yeah, I'm on Chap 35, Sheep. How often do you guys listen? It would be fun to be more or less on the same timeline, so I can slow down, ha!

What the fuck, Sheep??? Like, you think season 3 was weird (and it WAS), and then it just gets weirder in season 4, god bless the writers. Effie and Zebulon stealing Teslas was PERFECT.

I think we listen to 1 episode a night about 5 nights a week (either Midnight Burger or Welcome to the Horizon; we go in whatever order they are in Spotify, and I think Midnight Burger and WTTH* are always alternated).

*(I will forever read WTTH as Welcome to the Hellmouth first, and second my brain corrects it to Welcome to the Horizon. And honestly, Hood's Pocket might as well be on a hellmouth.)

Plus I have the Leifs to get through

Young Leif is SO GOOD.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Man, I am just about to the end of season 1 of Midnight Burger, I won't catch up to y'all until you're stuck in real time and even then it will probably take a while. Enjoying and savoring though!

Thrive to spite them

I really hope that Tim's blood pressure can stay steady .

I had PT yesterday and it was the lady PT and there is nothing wrong with her but I was hoping it would be George, because I had been telling him about the comicon and he said he wanted to hear how it went. Tomorrow I don't have to go to PT until 7:30 am but it's the lady again. Apparently I'm almost done with my allowed appointments but I'm not sure I'm going to where I want to be. But I also can't really afford to keep going. I need to really amp up what I do at home.

Mom came down and we had lunch yesterday as well. I really need to get blood drawn but I was so tired (from not sleeping and PT) that after lunch I pretty much slept. The doctor's office is open at 8 but they are also 25 mins away so I haven't wanted to get up early in the morning , drive there, spend 5 mins there and drive 25 mins back before work..

And then today I found out a former co worker died at the end of September. He was just 20. I don't know the cause of death . He worked here part time while he went to the technical school studying to be a mechanic. I didn't know him well but he had this infectious personality and a quick grin and he was a good worker. He goofed off some but was always helping out. I feel so sorry for his family.

You can still come here and yell about it and I'll yell back. (Like, thanks to season 1, I forever have "This Molotov cocktail is brought to you by COMMUNISM!" stuck in my head.)

Awesome, I may do that! All the sponsored tag lines were too funny, but that one might be the best

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

The folk retreat was good. Great weather, good music, very relaxing.

Monday, I get a call from my dad. He says that the doctors think things will happen within the next 24 hours. However, I have not heard from my dad since then, so I assume my mom's still hanging in there. It's all very stressful.

Our wings are not tired.

Very stressful. I'm sorry, Sheryl. Sending calming and comforting ~ma.

Wow Sheryl that sounds tough.

Dear NYT spelling bee: seriously, “wanna” is an acceptable word???
