I don't remember if I gave this advice before, but he might need some padding for the shoulder strap part of the seat belt in the car afterwards.

All your feelings are allowed.
Hugs and love, Plei. Rest when you can. Be kind to yourself.
So sorry Plei.
I am typing to you from Seoul! Just made it to the place about 36 hours after I left home. Though admittedly that includes sleeping about 7 hours ish in a hotel at DFW. I am zonked but trying to stay awake at least a little later since it’s only 6pm here and I don’t want to wake up at 3am.
Have a blast, meara! Time~clock~ma!
You can do it, meara!! Have a blast
I am so sorry PleI.
Port is placed, everything went well, getting up at 4:30 is brutal, time for a nap.

Excellent. A round of naps for my friends.
Our nurses gave me this advice on prepping JZ's port before it needed to be accessed, and I always got compliments on my technique:
Don't rub the anesthetic cream in. Just put a generous dollop of cream on the site and then put the clear film bandage over it. No rubbing! Big dollop!
Hugs to you Plei, as well as my condolences to you and your family.
