So my jackass brother who couldn’t come to Toronto with us for three days in July to see our elderly aunts because he didn’t feel right leaving his crazy Russian wife on her own is now planning a 10 day visit out here (without her, as far as I know) followed by a back-to-back overseas work trip. Why must they be so fucking extra?
PT was not (too) painful, and I have a list of exercises to do for range of motion, because my right hip's range of motion is super super limited. The physical therapist said we won't even get to stretches until the range of motion is improved. So fingers crossed that the exercises help!

In very mundane news, I found a good dog groomer to dremel Birdie's nails. She haaaaaates getting her nails done (as many do, I'm guessing), but this went well with me holding and soothing her and the groomer dremeling. Uh, and Trazadone delivery 3 hours prior. Better than at the vets, where they clip, which she really, really does not like. Don't blame her.
My hips have been hurting intermittently when I get up from a chair lately, so I think of you whenever that happens, Tep. Now I’ll think of lisah, too
I ordered a sandwich to be delivered for lunch, and I guess that goes through DoirDash but not through my account so all the “how to deliver to this building “ instructions were not included. And I got a notice and entered instructions but the delivery person still couldn’t figure it out and my phone was in “work” mode so it didn’t ring when he called and texted and he eventually went away and texted that he had left it “at the front”. No one had asked to buzzed in or left anything at reception, so I went around to every gate in case it was out there somewhere but I couldn’t find anything. So I drove to Ike’s and explained and they are making me another sandwich and I am VERY GRATEFUL for that but I am also SO HUNGRY
