I like books. I just don't want to take on too much. Do they have an introduction to the modern blurb?

Our wings are not tired.

Definitely a challenge, askye. You may not need to meal plan everything in advance, but having a list of options for meals and snacks can be helpful. Eating the same thing every day for some meals and snacks may be easier at first before adding more options. Hang in there. It is good to know what you are dealing with at last!

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

Dietary restrictions like that always make me wish that Bachelor Chow was real.

For being something we all have to do constantly, keeping ourselves fed could be easier

Dietary restrictions like that always make me wish that Bachelor Chow was real.

Preach. Good luck with everything, askye.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Bachelor Chow would truly be a boon. Just for the (many) days when deciding what to have for dinner is Too Much!

Of all the Torment Nexxuses and reinventing the bus, why not Bachelor Chow?

I suppose maybe Soylent could have filled that niche, but not really

Thrive to spite them

Hopefully I don't have to be on this limited diet forever.

There is a Trader Joe's about 30 mins from us so I think I'll check it out my next day off

Ive had some post nasal drip and sore throat which can be symptoms of acid reflux so I'm trying be kind of strict right now. I wasn't yesterday. Yesterday I had peaches and cream instant oatmeal for breakfast, peanut butter and an apple for a snack. For lunch I had rotisserie chicken and a microwave jasmine rice cup with frozen veggies that turned out to be an issue (I think it was the green beans, and a coconut milk yogurt. For snack I had another yogurt. Dinner M made Alfredo sauce but he only used about half and the rest was water , mixed veggies and sauteed chicken. He had it all separate the mixed veggies was mostly broccoli so I didn't get that but added handfuls of spinach instead. I only put in a few tablespoons of the sauce . And then I had a piece of multi grain bread for a snack

I went to Aldi yesterday to pick up some things like the bread and some grapeseed oil spray.

Today I had scrambled eggs (with the grapeseed oil) for breakfast, snack of celery , apple and peanut butter. And I'm about to have more jasmine rice and chicken with more of the celery . I'm not sure what dinner will be

The big thing I want to figure out is something with flavor to drink . This morning I ended up putting about a tablespoon of tea and then filled the glass with water and there was the faintest taste.

For lunch today I splurged on the "pit boss" meal from the nearest BBQ place that includes one specialty that every time I have gotten it before has been tacos. Today it's a quesadilla and YUM

That is all

Yum! I am currently getting a burger at my local diner (Laura was there!) I had a yen.

I have a call with a prescreening recruiter for a fairly decent sounding job that I confess I applied to randomly. I was kind of surprised to hear back, so I double checked to make sure both the place and the recruiting company were legit -- the times we live in. So... conversation ~ma, I guess?

Our wings are not tired.

I'll be having an early dinner with my sister. I went out last night and ordered eggplant parm, but after eating half my dinner salad and a couple of tiny pieces of garlic bread, I wasn't hungry anymore. I had a couple of bites of the eggplant and the side pasta to taste, but now I have leftovers enough for two dinners. Yay!

It is usually the case that if I have soup, salad, or an appetizer, then I am full and don't need dinner.

Always Anti-fascist!

I really love a good quesadilla. Finished watching "The Bear" yesterday. I really loved it and can't believe there are people looking for the end already(Of course, I watched it in weeks, rather than years, but still.)
