We opened our last show of the season last night and now it's self evaluation time (technically due yesterday). Is it not enough to have made it through another season? Categories I have to respond to are: Accomplishments, Challenges, IDEAA objectives (our EDI), Management Successes, and Goals for Management Improvement. This always feels like the thing I am least capable of doing.
