My dog loves me a lot but he absolutely would be like “oh no, I have no mother….hello nice stranger will you be my mother?” And they would say yes of course!
I tried to steal a dog today on the bus. It was a pittie and I think corgi mix and it was SO CUTE.
My anxiety dream was literally figuring out I was losing my job and saying to my coworking instructional designers "we are losing our jobs". I don't have a master's or doctorate in education, and I am so vulnerable. We have so many faculty who are instructional designers as well and it can be added to their workload. We are on a hiring freeze, so I am not just going to be able to be easily able to get a secretary job. To note this is not actually happening and I am holding Open Course Copy Hours thanked by my boss, but I am worried!

We got first place at trivia! Even though we did not do well on the “pictures of feet from movies” round, we did get 100% on the “sports lesbians” round d (which we got to choose the category for after getting second place last week!). I was proud I managed to come ip with the locations of the 2004 and 2012 Olympics.
I had a moment just now where I almost typed "must be Tuesday" into Slack before realizing I don't know this co-worker well enough to be sure she would get the reference. But I know Y'ALL would.

My Zoom buddy is rewatching Buffy -- I just took the dog on quick a half-miler, so I printed out an "Out. For. A. Walk.... Bitch." meme and pointed my camera at it for when he rejoins the call after his meeting. I toyed with just using it as my video block screen, but that way lies too much potential for "oopsie, didn't mean to leave that up!" issues when I'm on with regular people.
