It is really serendipitous that the furnace went while both of us are up here. (Brendon does the heavy lifting) Today she found out that for the new gas system she needs two more vents upstairs, which means way more clearing. This is really awesome since it forces her into this. She was tossing stuff yesterday without even opening and looking through stuff. If she hasn't seen what is in an old suitcase in a decade or two she doesn't need it. Striking while she is in this mindset. It may not last, but I think she sees getting her house in order is possible and not so overwhelming with my help. I'm feeling optimistic.

My mom's favorite song is "Take This Job And Shove It," Debet, you're not alone. Sometimes it works out for the best, but even that is a lot of pressure so I hope it will be okay. Tom, for different reasons, I sympathize with the wanting people but not PEOPLE thing...more room makes mobility easier. My neighbor is still, like, on Ramp Patrol. I wish I had her pipeline to Jesus so I could have him call her and make this loop stop.(And why do people tell you about their million ailments and *then* say "Call me if you need ANYTHING. Not that we would, cause she ain't right, but if it's a "bad day", what would we do? Try to get a 2-for-one? Not really helpful.) Don't really like that she seems to be consoling herself by noting that I (or possibly we) have Real Problems(TM) Of all the people you don't want to find mold under your ramp... Next time I'll buy a metal one. But it's still not her business.

Dang, t, that is wild prices!! I was at the grocery store yesterday and felt like everything was even more pricey than usual…except there were huge deals on Taylor Farms prepackaged salads. I suppose they’re not flying off the shelves these days.

It's probably good that she and her Damned Husband will replace the weather seal there, don't get me wrong..nothing lasts forever and B. was not as anal as the actual engineer that made the one I moved in with. But at the same time, they've already added mats to it and they're always sweeping it--it's getting hard to ignore the subtext of "My gosh, that's so ugly," and "You are both feeble AND heathens, so you need me to step in, like, right now, or it will never get done." If I did pray regularly, today it would be for Dana to find another project.
