Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

I'm done with classes for the semester. Still have some grading to do, but not too much.

I tried joining Threads, because people told me there's some good fandom communities and hockey discussion there, but my algorithm is just bombarding me with, "Why are Americans so fat and stupid and lazy?" and I really just do not have the patience to figure out how to get a better algorithm.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Since there was a call for more ltc likes carrots posts: I finally gave in and let ltc use YouTube under my supervision and she has watched nothing but Wings of Fire fanvids on it since. One of us.

Our wings are not tired.

Nice! Delighted that you heard the more ltc posts call.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Doing the quintessential New Orleans thing and doing laundry at Igor’s. The hotel said it had laundry services but it lied. The crowd at 7 am is ok other than the few that are unsettlingly friendly. Anyway, figured having a last known location on record might be the responsible thing to do…

I haven't trusted science since I saw the film "Flubber."

I'm done with classes

In my head, this was the beginning of a 'take this job and shove it' statement.

Thrive to spite them

I know there was attempts on Obama and I can't help thinking there is stuff we didn't hear about because the security was better .

Thrive to spite them

Every work place should have a strictly enforced rule that you can't play any kind of media without using headphones or ear buds.

Right now there are 3 different people who have stuff going and I'm listening to thunderstorm sounds because it's the only thing that will drown it all out. With my earbufs obviously

Askye, that would drive me batty. I’m glad you have your earbuds to drown them out.

-t, please check back in so I won’t worry.

I went consignment shopping today. I found a couple cute blazers, a pair of black legging, and a pair of jeans. I also got a few books for ltc. So, not a bad day. The weather was really nice too.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Did you know today is National Prime Rib day?

I did not!

Fortunately, my office did :)
