I would be there right now.

The more I learn, the more I realize how little I know.

Why am I so exhausted feeling lately?

Also consider anemia. Easy to check. Sometimes easy to fix, sometimes not.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Meara, its worth checking your vitamin D if you haven't recently.

Thrive to spite them

Definitely check your Vitamin D. It makes a huge difference for me when it was really low and I started taking supplements.

Also B12. Especially if you are having any pins and needles feelings.

I have been taking vitamin D, because Seattle. I had run out and started back up maybe a month ago, and thought I was feeling better. My blood work was normal a month ago at the doctors, so I’m contemplating blaming allergies.

Have you seen the state of the world? I think our nervous systems are all out of whack. Exhausted is just my baseline most days.

There is definitely a lot of that for sure, msbelle. I also realized eventually this morning that I’d forgotten my meds both Monday and Tuesday. Which maybe didn’t help.

In “what is time” news, Mac is 25 today.

25!!!!

To update, he is in his 2nd semester of classes at community college. Taking half a load and door dashing for some money. Still lives with me and is getting better about contributing to the house (mostly when asked). A young man of few words, we can go days without saying more than hello and he stays mostly in his room on his computer, but does ask about things little by little. No local friends that I know of.

The click is ticking on getting him to a job with benefits in this next year.

That’s my anxiety you hear.

Our wings are not tired.

What is time, indeed! My 33 year old son was the same with house chores. Happily comply with any request, but it would never occur to him on his own to wash a dish, empty cat box, or take out trash.
