Wesley: Feng Shui. Gunn: Right. What's that mean again? Wesley: That people will believe anything. Actually, in this place, Feng Shui will probably have enormous significance. I'll align my furniture the wrong way and suddenly catch fire or turn into a pudding.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

When you’re a Jet you’re a Jet all the way, I guess it’s different for Sharks

I literally LOLed.

"already on the kiss-cam with Karl Marx"-

yeah, ha ha. Had something of a partial Norman Lear moment, (a full NLM would be if that guy in the workshop personally said "Thanks, I wasn't thinking," which I wouldn't hold my breath for, even if oxygen loss hadn't ended up on the painful side.) But the instructor thanked me for my honesty, which might help when he hates what I wrote in the last class.

Yay Seahawks! Not that I actually care about football but…

Guess they’ll probably have a parade that I will miss, being in CT. Ah well. I wouldn’t have gone anyway.

Our wings are not tired.

I enjoyed the game despite it being a bit uneven. Go Seahawks! DH didn't care for the Bad Bunny halftime, but I love dance so it worked for me.

Trying to get MIL to move more. It is challenging.

Our wings are not tired.

As far as commercials go I enjoyed the polar bears converting to Pepsi. The Levi's ad made me think of David Schwartz. A few cute ones.

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

The Levi's ad made me think of David Schwartz.

Butts? (That's what I said during that commercial -- "Levi's: just the butts!")

I enjoyed the polar bears converting to Pepsi.

I feel like Pepsi is trying to restart the cola wars.

I've always been on the Pepsi side of that war. It was super fun to see the polar bears!

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Levi's has a history of butt-centric ads, it was some other ad that I cannot now recall that had me trying to remember where "BUTTS" as a general comment came from. I could not, so I'm glad y'all reminded me of Knut

There were a lot of appalling or offensive ads but I think the insurance company using Mr Rogers's song felt the most wrong

Consensus in our group of viewers was the "is it cake?" ad was pretty good, the horse and eagle was popular and the rest were meh to bad. I may be forgetting some that were all right but not, I think, many.

Our wings are not tired.

Yes, the horse and eagle was mighty cute. All the tech ones were pretty boring. I posted the NYT summary with all the links on FB since most of my family don't watch the game.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

I didn't watch the Superbowl but checked the score and was happy to see the Patriots losing. Sorry New England friends.

The Bad Bunny show looked to be more significant cultural event.

Looking out the window I can spy a hummingbird at the top of the tree. But I can't linger, I've got to get to my morning Pilates class.

My niece is coming out to visit this week. Excited to see her.
