Can't I just say everyone did great and then log off for the year??
You sure can.
I think I have accepted that I am just a person who types "your welcome" most of the time. The welcome is yours, I give it to you, what the hell
Not only do I write by ear which makes me prone to homophone errors, but my years as a secretary have grooved my quick typing fingers with neural pathways that will tap out the most familiar word rather than the word I am thinking.
In short, I have to edit everything at least twice to keep from sounding like an idiot.
Absolute downpour this morning and I made the strategic error of going to the grocery store after a cafe stop.
Trudging home in the heavy rain my paper bag got soaked and fell apart while I was several blocks from home. I had to hug my soggy produce to my raincoat to make it home.
Of course, it's stopped raining now so I'd just waited a little bit I could've made life easier.
In short, procrastination can solve all problems!
Christ on a bike, I have 23 peer review requests. Can't I just say everyone did great and then log off for the year??
That's nuts. There should be a limit. I hope the review is at least clicking buttons and not having to write shit out. Jesus.

And that does not sound pleasant!
I hope the review is at least clicking buttons and not having to write shit out.
It is, unfortunately, writing shit out. I do have the option to decline at least.

Words to live by. And I do!
It is, unfortunately, writing shit out.
Good grief.
I do have the option to decline at least.
I mean, that's something. I still think they ought to have a limit! "Nope, Jessica is full up. Move along."
Fascinating!
Now I want to re-read that UKL story, Solitude, if only to make sure that it doesn't mention square poop (I am pretty sure it does not, but not 100%)
Unrelated to anything, but: Freeze-dried backpacking meals are a comfort food for me, and Mountain House had a Black Friday sale that brought the price/meal down to around where my normal grocery budget lives so I bought several bulk cans of various things, including one I had not tried before but seemed intriguing. Namely, Cheesy Pepperoni Pizza Bowl. It's been my I-need-to-eat-but-nothing-sounds-good meal for the past week. It's kind of like pizza in stew form? Not something I think I will find myself craving, but maybe the closest thing to Bachelor Chow I've come across. I imagined Bachelor Chow to be something you just poured in a bowl and ate and this requires boiling some water, stirring, and waiting 9 minutes, but still pretty close
