Some of you will appreciate this--went out with friends tonight, saw a girl I'd seen on Wednesday and thought was cute, ended up dancing with her and talking to her a little...but was kind of weirded out because she looks SO as if she were some fucked up fanfic Josh Charles genderswapped to be a butch lesbian. Wtf. (Sadly, I also later found out she's only 26, which is way too damn young unless we were just going to make out which apparently wasn't happening, so yeah...)

Given the amount of ooky snot I am able to expel from my nose, I have a head cold. At least that and the headache waited until I was done flying.
Grocery shopping and restocking done, laundry in the works. I've put all the next few weeks' events on the calendar and omg. I hate December.
I need to vacuum, but I think this headache needs to subside a bit first.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.
I was going to wait until my (60th!) birthday this summer to get another tattoo to go with the one I got for my 40th, but I suddenly realized what I want and I want to get it TODAY. I am going to get "Don't dream it's over". It's from my favorite song by my favorite artist and is also good advice for hitting 60, I think.
Putting it on my inner forearm, probably.
