So, I stopped for coffee on the way to work (I love the option to order via app at Starbucks. Love. And you know what? They always say my name right, or with one of the variant pronunciations but often as not the way I actually say it. But I digress), and realized I had left it in the cat after I had gotten inside and de-jacketed. So, bundled back up and realized as I got to the back door that I had left my key card in my purse at my desk. Back to my desk, fully assembled, back out to my car, grab my coffee, promptly spill it down the front of my shirt.
Should have drunk some coffee as soon as I got it, probably.
Or maybe I have watched too many farces and subconsciously think that is just how things are supposed to go.
